Purchase Data

In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we implement all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Electronic data is stored in a protected database on its own secure server stored in a data center exclusively in the European Union. We protect the database containing personal data against its damage, destruction, loss and misuse.

How long we keep the data

We keep the personal data related to your user account as long as you have an account set up, as they are necessary for us to be able to operate the account for you. If you do not have an account created (you did not create a password during the creation of the order), we store your personal data related to the completed order for the necessary period, which is usually five years from its delivery.

What are your rights

From the fact that we process your personal data, You have several rights. If you exercise any of the rights listed below, we will inform you about the processing of your request within 30 days from the date of its delivery to us. In justified cases, we can extend the mentioned period to 60 days, which we will inform you about.

How to exercise your rights

You can exercise your rights by sending an email message or a written request to our contact details.

In your application, please include your first name, last name, e-mail address, or address of permanent residence. If you do not provide us with the above data, it will not be possible to comply with your request. We require this information from you in order to verify your identity and not provide your personal data to an unauthorized person.

Right of access to data

You have the right to receive confirmation from us as to whether your personal data is being processed, and if we are processing your personal data, we will provide you with information about what data we are processing about you, for what purpose, to whom your personal data was provided , whether they were transferred to a third country and how long we will keep your personal data.

Right to rectification

To err is human. If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal data about you, you can exercise this right directly in your account settings in the “My Account” section or ask us to correct them. It is important to us that we process the correct personal data about you, so be sure to use this right whenever, for example, you move or any of your personal data that is important for your relationship with us changes.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

You have the right to delete your personal data that we process about you, if the following conditions are met and legal exceptions do not apply:

  • the data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained
  • you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for their processing
  • you object on the basis of In your specific situation, the processing of your personal data, processed on the basis of a legitimate interest and the legitimate reasons for processing do not prevail or you object to the processing for the purpose of direct marketing
  • personal data were processed illegally.

In the event that your personal data is published and you exercise the right to deletion with us, we will also delete such published personal data. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right to erasure and should therefore delete all references to your personal data, if this is technically possible, taking into account the available technology and the costs of implementing these measures.

If you cancel your account with us, we will delete the data where possible and cancel the account within 10 days. However, for technical reasons (e.g. due to data backup), it may happen that some data will be deleted after a longer period, which should not exceed 60 days.

Right to restriction of processing

You also have the right to ask us for a temporary restriction of processing in the following cases:

  • if you believe that we are processing incorrect personal data about you, until the correctness of this personal data is verified
  • the processing of your personal data is against the law and you decide to request a restriction instead of deleting your personal data their processing
  • we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but these are necessary for your own purposes of proving, exercising or defending your legal claims
  • in case you object to the processing of your personal data, to verification periods or legitimate reasons for processing personal data outweigh your legitimate interests

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive personal data that we process about you based on your consent and/or contract and we process them by automated means, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can also transfer this data to another person, so if it is technically possible, we will transfer your personal data directly to the operator of your choice at your request.

Right to object

You have the right to object for reasons related to your specific situation to the processing of your personal data, which is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest.

You also always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes.

Filing complaints

In the event that you believe that the processing of your personal data by our company is in violation of the applicable legal regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with our main supervisory authority – the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic. We will be happy if you first inform us about any suspicion so that we can do something about it as soon as possible and solve the possible problem.

We would like to assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and about security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality also lasts after the end of contractual relations with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.
